  • q-iconHow do I register for a live webinar I'd like to attend?

    If you are a member you will be automatically registered. You will receive your login details via email 5-7 days before the live webinar airs. If you have not received an email for a live webinar please email info@onlinepethealth.com

  • q-iconAre the Webinars all CE accredited?

    Our webinars are accredited with the South African Veterinary Council for 1 point per webinar (1 hour long). Extra points are available for answering the questionnaire and receiving 8 to 10/10. Specific webinars are RACE approved. Please check the www.onlinepethealthwebinar.com website and look for the RACE logo to see which ones are RACE approved

  • q-iconIf I become a member how do the payments work?

    Payments are on a monthly direct debit and will be paid through paypal.

  • q-iconDo you offer corporate memberships for practices?

    Yes we do! Please email info@onlinepethealth.com with your needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • q-iconI am having problems logging in.

    If you have forgotten your password or username?Email info@onlinepethealth.com to have your welcome email sent again.

  • q-iconCan I share my login details with someone else?

    You will be able to login with a certain amount of IP addresses. If you exceed this you will be blocked from the website. Sharing your details is against our terms of service.

  • q-iconHow do I cancel my membership?

    We are sorry to see you go. Memberships will need to give 30 written days notice for cancellation.
    To do this, please email info@onlinepethealth.com and we will process your cancellation.
