What learning is available to me on the memberships?
We have an extensive library of subjects that you can explore in your membership. View the library subjects here.
How do I upgrade to become a member on more than one membership?
To upgrade your membership, log in to your members portal, go into the MY ACCOUNT section, click SUBSCRIPTIONS and click UPGRADE to your chosen plan. Once you have selected your new membership plan, your account will be charged for the new fee going forward.
Are the Webinars all CE accredited?
Our webinars are accredited by the South African Veterinary Council (SAVC) for 1 point per webinar (1 hour long). SAVC is widely recognised, but you will have to check with your country’s council/registering body to see if these points are accepted.
Certificates for the webinars can be downloaded in the membership library once you have finished watching the webinar live or as a recording. Remember to select the checkbox below the webinar before downloading your certificate.
However, not all the webinars within the Onlinepethealth membership libraries are accredited for CPD lectures, with a great deal of 'bonus' training available within the libraries that have great value as learning material. These include past online conferences, research refresh training, case studies, business basics, and more.
Attendees who watch webinars through our Free Access pathways do not qualify to receive a CPD certificate.
Are SAVC points recognised in my country?

Can I claim CPD points for past Conferences as an Onlinepethealth Member?
How do I register for a webinar I'd like to attend?
If you are an Onlinepethealth member, you will be able to watch the webinar directly within your members portal - no registration is required. New webinars are added to the members portal on the 4th of every month.
If you are not a member and you would like to attend a webinar, you can register for webinars in one of two ways:
- Purchase a PAYG (Pay As You Go) ticket to access the webinar recording for 4 weeks from the date of purchase or after the 4th of each month.
- Register to watch a webinar recording for free. Recording will air at a specific date and time every month. Attendees will only be able to watch the webinar at the predetermined time.
Attendees who watch webinars for free do not qualify to receive a CPD certificate.
What happens if I cannot attend the airing time for free webinars? It's in the middle of the night where I live
If you are unable to attend the airing time for free webinars, you can access the webinar by purchasing a PAYG ticket or becoming a member. PAYG (Pay As You Go) ticket holders have access to the specific webinar purchased for 4 weeks. Members have access to all webinars within their members portals at their convenience.
If I become a member how do the payments work?
Direct debit card payments can be made monthly or annually through PayPal, while credit card payments can be made through PayStack. You will be able to cancel your payments at any time by emailing us at info@onlinepethealth.com.
What happens if I don't feel the membership is for me?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee no questions asked, so if you feel that this platform is not for you, let us know at info@onlinepethealth.com within the first 30 days of your membership and we will gladly refund you.
You can cancel your membership at any time, and will have access to the platform for 30 days after your last payment.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any point directly through your account. Once logged into your membership, visit my account, and subscriptions, and either change or cancel your plan. You can also email us at info@onlinepethealth.com to assist you. You will be able to access your membership for 30 days after your last payment.
Can I share my login details with someone else?
Sharing your login details is against our terms of service. You will only be able to log in from a limited number of IP addresses before being blocked from the membership platform altogether.
Do you offer corporate memberships for practices?
Yes we do! Please email info@onlinepethealth.com with your requirements, and we will cater a corporate package to your needs.
I am having problems logging in.
If you have forgotten your username or password, or if you are having any technical difficulties, please email info@onlinepethealth.com and we will be happy to assist you.
I don't have access to all of the content on the membership website?
You will only have access to the content on the membership that you are a member of, for example a Small Animal member will not have access to Hydro or Equine content. Only Dual or Multi-members will have access to more than one membership.

If I purchase a PAYG ticket, will I be able to access a recording of the webinar?
As a PAYG (Pay As You Go) ticket holder to any of our webinars, you will be able to access the recording for 4 weeks after the recording airs. Recordings are aired on the 4th of a new month.
How do I know when a webinar is airing?
New webinars are released to the Onlinepethealth members portals on the 4th of every month. You can watch new releases at your convenience. We recommend that you schedule time on a weekly basis to dedicate to your continuing learning and education.
Free webinar recordings are aired on a specified date and time, which will be clearly stated during the registration process through our website.
If I cancel my membership, can I still access the Vet Rehab Summit?
The Vet Rehab Summit is a members benefit, and as such your access will cease if you cancel your membership prior to the event.
