What learning is available to me on the memberships?
We have an extensive library of subjects that you can explore in your membership. View the library subjects here.
How do I upgrade to become a member on more than one membership?
To upgrade your membership, log in to your members portal, go into the MY ACCOUNT section, click SUBSCRIPTIONS and click UPGRADE to your chosen plan. Once you have selected your new membership plan, your account will be charged for the new fee going forward.
Are the Webinars all CE accredited?
Our webinars are accredited by the South African Veterinary Council (SAVC) for 1 point per webinar (1 hour long). SAVC is widely recognised, but you will have to check with your country’s council/registering body to see if these points are accepted.
Certificates for the webinars can be downloaded in the membership library once you have finished watching the webinar live or as a recording. Remember to select the checkbox below the webinar before downloading your certificate.
However, not all the webinars within the Onlinepethealth membership libraries are accredited for CPD lectures, with a great deal of 'bonus' training available within the libraries that have great value as learning material. These include past online conferences, research refresh training, case studies, business basics, and more.

How do I get my CE certificates?
You can download your certificate from certified webinars on the members portal once you have watched the webinar.
Can I get CE certificates for recordings?
Yes, the majority of the Onlinepethealth library is CE registered. You can download the certificate once you have watched the recording.
Can I claim CPD points for past Conferences as an Onlinepethealth Member?
How do I register for a webinar I'd like to attend?
If you are an Onlinepethealth member, you will be able to watch the webinar directly within your members portal - no registration is required. New webinars are added to the members portal on the 4th of every month.
If you are not a member and you would like to attend a webinar, you can purchase a PAYG ticket from our website, and will be able to access the recording for two weeks.
What happens if I cannot attend the live webinars? It's in the middle of the night where I live
All live webinars, such as Series or bonus webinars, will be shared as recordings on our membership portal after they air. The primary benefit of Onlinepethealth is that you do your learning when it's convenient for you. You can still ask questions if you watch the recording by emailing us at email@example.com, and we will pass your questions on to the lecturer.
If I become a member how do the payments work?
Direct debit card payments can be made monthly or annually through PayPal, while credit card payments can be made through PayStack. You will be able to cancel your payments at any time by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if I don't feel the membership is for me?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee no questions asked, so if you feel that this platform is not for you, let us know at email@example.com within the first 30 days of your membership and we will gladly refund you.
You can cancel your membership at any time, and will have access to the platform for 30 days after your last payment.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any point directly through your account. Once logged into your membership, visit my account, and subscriptions, and either change or cancel your plan. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to assist you. You will be able to access your membership for 30 days after your last payment.
Can I share my login details with someone else?
Sharing your login details is against our terms of service. You will only be able to log in from a limited number of IP addresses before being blocked from the membership platform altogether.
Do you offer corporate memberships for practices?
Yes we do! Please email email@example.com with your requirements, and we will cater a corporate package to your needs.
I am having problems logging in.
If you have forgotten your username or password, or if you are having any technical difficulties, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
I don't have access to all of the content on the membership website?
You will only have access to the content on the membership that you are a member of, for example a Small Animal member will not have access to Hydro or Equine content. Only Dual or Multi-members will have access to more than one membership.

If I purchase a PAYG ticket, will I be able to access a recording of the webinar?
As a PAYG ticket holder to any of our webinars, you will be able to access the recording for 2 weeks after the recording airs. Recordings are aired on the 4th of a new month.
How do I know when a webinar is airing?
If I cancel my membership, can I still access the Vet Rehab Summit?
The Vet Rehab Summit is a members benefit, and as such your access will cease if you cancel your membership prior to the event.
If you would like to access the Vet Rehab Summit separately to the Onlinepethealth Membership, consider purchasing a ticket.
