Dr Megan Kelly - Founder and Owner
In my journey as an animal healthcare professional, I have qualified as a nurse, a veterinarian, and a veterinary rehabilitation therapist. I have a passion for studying and continually growing and improving my own knowledge, as well as contributing to the community in a bigger way, by supporting the learning and growth of as many of my colleagues as I possibly can.
I am based in the beautiful city of Cape Town with my husband, three daughters, and two dogs.

Michelle Boehm - General Manager
Michelle joined the OPH team in 2017. She has been working in the veterinary industry since 2003 as a veterinary assistant, practice manager, and in pharmaceuticals. With a special talent for organization, Michelle keeps the team on track and running smoothly. With her love for the industry and her partner in crime, Tally – a miniature Daschund, Michelle continues to learn and grow and thrives on helping Vetrehabbers around the world to do the same.

Charné Van Der Merwe - Personal Assistant
Charne joined the OPH team in 2021. She is responsible for assisting Megan and managing our social media communities/platforms. Charne has a love for animals and is amazed at the work that Vetrehabbers do. She loves our #neverstoplearning attitude and always strives to learn more.

Ané Lloyd - Social Media and Blogger
Ané joined the OPH team in 2018. She is responsible for managing the content that goes out to our members and our non-member followers, and loves to immerse herself into the academic side of things.
When she is not reading research, writing blogs and chatting to lecturers, she is being a mom, wife and horse breeder. There is nothing better than a couple of hours spent surrounded by horses!

Nadia Van Der Merwe - Social Media and Marketing
Nadia is a Veterinary Physiotherapist living and working in Ballito KZN. She joined the Onlinepethealth team in 2022 and took to managing our social media platforms with ease. Nadia is passionate about her work, animals and our profession! With two rescue canines always by her side, Nadia works both online and travels far and wide to treat patients.
She loves horse riding, pilates, hiking and scuba diving, and she absolutely can’t keep herself away from the ocean!

Jane has been copy editing for Megan and Ané for some years now, passing her eagle eye over reams of text to ensure that grammar is correct, sentences are balanced, and ideas are conveyed with clarity, simplicity and style. She has a background in writing and teaching.
Nichole Enslin - Freelance Graphic Designer
Nichole (with an h) is a seasoned freelance graphic designer who recently teamed up with the Onlinepethealth team. With over ten years of expertise in visual communications, digital design, and art direction, Nichole has collaborated with various beloved brands, bringing their visions to life.
Situated in the serene deep South, Nichole operates from her home office, often accompanied by her two adored pups for cuddles. Nature serves as Nichole’s muse, driving her to explore and discover the planet’s most picturesque locations.
Adi Weerheim - Web Designer
Adi designed one of Megan’s first websites in 2016 and has been collaborating with Megan ever since. She handles almost everything website related on the sales and membership side and creates the Vet Rehab Summit platform every year.
Adi is a horse rider, qualified instructor, has been a stable manager in the past and thus has a good understanding of our vet rehab industry.
